This villa has a very nice feeling from the moment that you enter it, & which is comprised of three (3) bedrooms – in tropical, yet elegant style. Situated in the quiet, sea-side village of “Pererenan”, it is only a short distance to the the surfing beaches of both “Pererenan” & “Echo Beach”, in Canggu.

All three bedrooms have air-conditioning, & with full bathrooms (ie. all with bath-tubs). The villa sits atop 600 m2 of grounds with a mature garden, & is tastefully furnished and decorated throughout. High ceilings, spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas all have views to the pool area. – There are two sun loungers.

The kitchen is modern with granite counter tops & is fitted with quality appliances and has an island bench which helps for those of you that like to cook at home. For those who would rather ‘eat out’…the closest decent restaurant is only a few minutes walk away. And, then there are a number of restaurants at “Echo Beach” such as “The Beach House” & “Deus” – where yo will not be disappointed.

This villa is available for short-term lettings, comes fully staffed & has private off-street parking.
