Located in a traditional Indonesian housing complex, & where crime is zero, in Kerobokan, & close to everything including but not limited to the closest 24 hour convenience store (“Circle K”) – which is a 3 minute walk away.

Both bedrooms are air-conditioned, & the Master suite has an en-suite bathroom, as does the other bedroom, but this bathroom can also be accessed from the Living area – & as such also functions as a ‘powder room’. Very functional!

There is a sunken lounge & a dining table for 4. The kitchen has a large (family sized) fridge, microwave & a 2 burner cook top(‘kompor’). Adjacent to the kitchen there is a separate / floating breakfast bar with loads of stools. And, just off the kitchen is an unfurnished room that would be ideal to convert into pantry, storeroom or maid’s quarters.

And, over the next 3 to 4 months, it will become more like home! As this was an older house that has been renovated, it has no Building permit (I.M.B in Indonesian), but the process will soon begin, & this will be a ‘deliverable’ for the new owner.
