Villa Kaz

Villa Kaz is located in the residential area of Umalas, just a 10 minute drive from a plethora of shops, restaurants and bars in Seminyak.

Villa Kaz is elegantly decorated in an open-air, ethnic Joglo style villa, with 4 bedrooms. The bedrooms are nestled around the olympic sized swimming pool in the center of the villa. These 4 bedrooms have their own unique concept, designed by the villa owner. The traditional Javanese artifacts are speed out throughout the villa and also with a modern touch.

Each air-conditioned bedroom have glass sliding doors, which are usually open during the day, to let the cool air flow in and out. The bedrooms and en-suite bathrooms are highly maintained by the staff everyday.

The land area is approximately 3,000 m2 (30 Are), with a tropical green garden and spacious living and dining area, which are very ideal for large groups or families with children.

* Late check-out up to 17.00 hrs is chargeable at 50% of the room’s rate.
