Villa Kipp

Villa Kipp is a two-storey, well built, and luxurious 4 bedroom villa with a rectangular (13.5m x 4.5m) swimming pool with a wooden deck surrounding.

Upon arriving at Villa Kipp, you will enter through a traditional Balinese-styled gate which leads to large stepping stones across a lotus pond and a water feature. This takes you to the main living and dining area. This area is spacious with high roofing, comfortable sofas, a dining table which seats 8 people, a flatscreen plasma television, Bose surround sound system and a portable iPod docking station. Wireless internet access can be enjoyed throughout the whole villa.

The master bedroom is located on the second level with wooden flooring, which features a king sized bed, plasma television, an en-suite bathroom with a bath tub and a separate shower. Also, the master bedroom enjoys beautiful views from its balcony.

The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are located on the ground floor feature queen sized beds which can be converted into twin beds if required. And the 4th bedroom features a king sized bed and a spacious en-suite outdoor, garden bathroom. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and are air-conditioned, fan-cooled, complete with its own plasma televisions with satellite channels and DVD players.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern conveniences and is located off the living and dining areas where the resident chef can prepare meals throughout your stay. There is also a separate bale area with outdoor tables and chairs for poolside dining.

The villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 people.
