Villa LAUT offers a range of accommodation in the form of one and two bedroom apartments and an ocean villa. The property boasts an infinity pool, lap pool, a plunge pool and is just a short walk from the beach. Each suite is air-conditioned and equipped with LCD television, DVD player, free wifi, cleaning service twice daily and mini bar. Each Villa/ apartment has breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. A visit to Villa LAUT has an instantaneous soothing and relaxing effect.

Ocean Villa (one bedroom)
This cozy suite is nestled cliff side of the Villa LAUT property with the ocean lapping the cliff below it is the perfect place to wake up each morning.  This secluded villa is suitable for two adults and boasts a plunge pool, mini bar, en-suite, and out-door sitting area.

Level One (one bedroom)
This apartment is on the ground level of our luxurious property and sits directly in front of Villa LAUT’s main infinity pool overlooking Dreamland Beach and Jimbaran Bay. Level one is a one bedroom apartment with en-suite, an exquisite lounge, equipped kitchen and dinning area. Suitable for two guests with the option for 1 x extra bed.

Level Two (two bedrooms)
Level Two is the most spacious of the apartment’s at Villa LAUT. It boasts two master bedrooms each with their own en-suite, large dining and living area has a fully equipped kitchen and two full-sized dining tables, perfect for entertaining.  The dining and lounging area join to the over sized balcony allowing you to dine, lounge, and enjoy the superb view. You will find it is perfect for a family with children or a group of friends.

Level Three (Two bedroom)
This apartment is perched on the third floor of the estate and features one master bedroom and one smaller bedroom. This space also possesses a generous common area, a large daybed as well as a kitchen and dining area, providing sufficient space for a family of four or two couples.

Level Four (one bedroom)
The top level of Villa LAUT is reserved for this exquisite studio apartment, the main feature is the large balcony designed for enjoying the  amazing view as well as dining and relaxing. It has one king room, kitchen, living area,  and is suitable for two adults.
