Villa Valmi

Located in the heart of Seminyak (behind “Bintang Supermarket”) these two villas (1 x 3 bedroom & 1 x 4 bedroom) with a connecting door boasts a total of seven (7) air-conditioned bedrooms, all with flat screen TVs, DVD players, ceiling fans, personal safes, bathrobes & en-suite bathrooms.

 

Although this combination is ideal for a family get-together or a large group of friends, the villas can be rented independently with as few as 2 bedrooms. Also, there are I.D.D. telephones in all bedrooms.

 

In the THREE BEDROOM VILLA all bedrooms are on the ground floor, & all with views to the pool. Two of the double bedroom en-suite bathrooms have full baths & separate showers & the third en-suite bathroom, only with shower.

 

The living & dining areas are fan cooled. The Living area has a comfortable L-shaped sofa that seats 8, & there is a large flat screen TV, stereo & DVD player. The Dining table also seats 8 & is adjacent to the Breakfast bar (with 3 bar stools) & a seriously well equipped kitchen which amongst other things has a 5 burner stove / oven & a large 2 door fridge / freezer.

 

The swimming pool measures 12 meters x 3,5 meters & the depth ranges from 1,20 to 1,60 meters. Pool-side there is a separate shower & W/C, a water feature & a jacuzzi !

 

A well trained staff of 7 service the two villas, & consist of 2 maids, 2 security guards, a pool man gardener, an office attendant & a part-time manager.
