Villa Yuyu

Villa Yuyu is a two bedroom accommodation with a private swimming pool, located in the heart of Seminyak near shops, restaurants and within a 10 minute walk to the beach. Villa Yuyu  & Villa Lotus can be rented as a 4 bedroom villa via a large interconnecting door in the wall between the villas. The two identical 2 bedroom villas have private pools.

The villa overlooks a lush tropical garden which includes a 6m x 4m pool, tiled with unpolished green/blue Bali stone reflecting the natural tones of the cream palimanan / sandstone and white pebble surrounds. Enjoy the sunset and views over Seminyak on the first floor garden terrace. Easy walk or taxi ride to beach.

All guests are welcome to enjoy privileged access to the high-end recreational establishment, the Canggu Club. The club features world-class sporting facilities, a gym, swimming pools, a restaurant, pub and kid’s room. There is also a library and fun activities for all ages. The Canggu Club is just 10 minutes by taxi from Seminyak.

GUESTS INTERACTIONS
* Housekeeping staff in the villa from 8am to 4pm daily (cleaning, laundry, light meal preparation, errands, shopping).
* Onsite security – sunset to 8am
* Baby-sitting services available upon request (extra charge)
* There are countless pampering options available in Bali. Villa staff can assist in organizing villa massages or with recommendations and bookings.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
* 2-3 minute walk to Seminyak shopping, restaurants and bars
* 10 minute walk to Ku De Ta beach
* 10 minute drive to central Kuta
* 25 minute drive to Nirwana or Nusa Dua golf courses
* 25 minutes to the Airport

GETTING AROUND
* Walking – the villa is close to restaurants, shops and beach
* Taxis are the best form of transportation. Look for the Blue Bird taxis and check that meter is on.
* Tours – villa staff can make reservations for tour groups and arrange for transportation.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
* Cots, extra beds, available on request – additional cost $30
* Child safety pool fences, baby cots, high chairs available upon request, Surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas can be rented cheaply.
* Always swim between the flags. Please be cautious when swimming in the surf. Surf conditions and rips can be dangerous.
* Gas – first refill is free. US$8 for refill if necessary
* Close bedroom doors in the late afternoon to keep out mosquitoes. At dusk staff will spray the room for mosquitoes
* Do not drink the tap water

RULES
* Noise curfew. Please be courteous and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
* Smoking – please refrain from smoking in the bedrooms. Ashtrays are supplied in the living areas
* Problems or Issues: If you have any serious problems or issues please discuss with the villa manager

RATES
* Low season:  AU $200 per night
* High season: AU $250 per night
* Peak season: AU $300 per night
* Rates are subject to 15% tax and service charges.

SEASONS
* Peak season: August 1st to 31st, Dec 20th to Jan 8th
* High season: July 1st to 31st, Sept 1st to 15th (Easter week & CNY)
* Low season:  The remaining dates of High and Peak seasons.
