The modern kitchen features an oven/stove & large fridge, a breakfast bar, quality dinnerware & much more. The delightful indoor / outdoor bathroom (with sunken bath) features a garden and a large vanity recess.
The open-plan living area (pictured) with parquet floors enjoys views to the back garden & pool. The smaller of the two bedrooms is entered from the living area, while the larger bed room (upstairs) occupies the entire first floor. Both bedrooms feature queen size beds, mosquito nets and ceiling fans.
The villa is located approximately one kilometer from the beach and only about 250 meters from the nearest telecommunications center, and is only available a few times each year for short term staying guests.
There is a superb cook, & in fact, she is so good, it would almost be worthwhile renting this holiday home just so as to be able to eat her home cooked meals!
There is also a day maid who take care of all cleaning and laundry, a gardener, a part-time pool service man and 2 night guards.
