It is worthy mentioning that the vast majority of leasehold villas in Bali in the prime parts of Seminyak & Umalas basically cost US $20,000 to US $25,000 year multiplied by the number of years remaining on the lease. This is not cheap, but it is what it is! Also, theses days there is really no guarantee anymore on R.O.I. because there is an over supply of Bali villas, rates discount war and the best occupancy is achieved by maximizing use of self booking websites such as AirBnB, Flipkey etc.
There are now many villas in Bali in the Canggu area, and there is an awesome deal for someone on a two bedroom, two bathroom (plus powder room) freehold home which enjoys a great location just off Jalan Marlboro – making access to all areas very easy.
