Building #2 : is the 2 car garage and one small bedroom for live-in staff.

Building #3 : is the open plan dining & kitchen pavilion. The kitchen has a 2 burner cook top and a hooded BBQ with hot & cold water in the kitchen sink.  Attached to the kitchen at one end of the pavilion is a (semi open) bathroom with shower, toilet & wash basin.
