Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac & bordered by a small river this warm & inviting 3 bedroom + 2 baths home stands atop 700 m2 of freehold land. This has been the home for a lady who has lived on Bali for 30 years (& who the writer has known for 25 years), whose children are grown up & now have families of their own. And, the zero maintenance “Inotech Zincalume” roof is insulated with 5 cm of fiberglass, & inside the house the ceilings are all wooden panelling – which keeps this house cooler than most places.
