This lovely, cozy one bedroom home is in a well established retirement village – & one of only twelve homes in this gated community. The villa is offered fully furnished (as is) and this is a walk-in walk-out deal for an astounding just over 64 year lease!

The double bedroom overlooks the plunge pool (with jacuzzi) & is air-conditioned. Behind the bed head there is plenty of cupboard space in the built-in wardrobes. And, the (en-suite) bathroom can be entered from both the bedroom & living area. There is also a fan cooled study with a work station & a single bed.

The living area has both fans & air-conditioning, a comfortable two seater sofa, flat screen TV etc. The adjacent kitchen with black granite surfaces has a decent sized fridge, five burner stove/oven & all the tableware, cutlery & crockery that you will need.
Dining is on the verandah with seating for eight. There are two pool loungers & two wooden sofas at either end of the wooden decked outdoor area.

Great wood features, wooden pool-side decking & the roofing is iron wood shingles.

Communal Areas consist of two 20 meter x 4 meter pools, gardens, big parking area, & there is also a reception next to the parking area. And, one of the two pool is right outside your retirement home! Also, there is a spacious ‘Clubhouse’ that can be used by any of the owners to entertain family or friends.

General

• The retired girls that the writer knows that live here are lovely & get on very well – and all speak English & other languages. Presently only one of the owners is a full time resident whilst the others come & go spending 3 to 6 months at a time in their retirement home.

• A monthly fee covers the staff (maids, gardeners & security guards), electricity bills & all maintenance – both private & communal.
Each house has a maid for half of the day ; presently there are 2 gardeners & 6 security guards.

Given the unusually long lease this represents a very re-saleable asset.

If you are thinking of retiring on Bali you won’t find better!
