Villa Ami is quiet and peaceful private villa located in the heart of Legian. This villa is just steps away from, restaurants, shops, bars and the renowned Kuta Beach. The airport is only a 15 minute drive away.

 

Villa Ami is surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden and a spacious 17 meter swimming pool. The villa is beautifully designed and furnished to the highest quality.

 

4 Large bedrooms are located on 2 levels. One master bedroom is located on the downstairs floor with pool and garden views. The beautiful en-suite bathroom is fitted with natural stones and high quality fittings. The bathtub is semi-outdoor and surrounded by a beautiful garden.

The second master bedroom and the two other bedrooms, which would be master bedrooms in other villas, are situated on the second floor. They all have spacious en-suite bathrooms completed with showers, sunken bath tubs and several counter spaces. Our exclusively produced shower and spa products are available in all bathrooms. All rooms are fitted with ample closet space.

 

All bedrooms are air conditioned, fitted with a HD-TV with international channels and iPod music stations.

The fifth room can be transformed to either an office or an extra bedroom with twin beds. This room is located on the ground floor close to the master bedroom.

 

The vast living with open kitchen and dining in the back is situated alongside the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped to the highest standards with an espresso machine, oven, microwave and double door fridge.

 

Behind the kitchen are the staff quarters with their own private entrance. The living is semi-open and is completely air conditioned. For entertainment the living room features a large HD-TV with international channels, home cinema center and in-house karaoke.

 

The upstairs balcony and lounge deck is enormous and provides great views of the pool and garden as well as the surrounding area. Fitted with loungers this area is amazing for evening cocktails or sunset drinks. Morning yoga or meditation sessions can be provided on the upstairs lounge deck. A breeze during the day will always provide the necessary coolness.
