Villa Arte was designed in a minimalist style, set on 1200 m2 of land. Situated in the heart of seminyak, approx. 5 minutes away from the beach, shopping, bars and restaurants, consists of a master suite with office, guest bedroom and an independent studio flat. All fully air conditioned with tropical style bathrooms.

A large living room, over looking the swimming pool is the centerpiece of the house, with an adjoining kitchen and dinning rooms, plus private drawing room for watching television or intimate conversation.

A 15 meters pool is the home central focus, integrated with its living spaces and surrounded by luxuriant tropical gardens. Ethnic – modern furnishings give the house a warm and sophisticated atmosphere, harmonizing elegantly with the purity and materials of the architecture.

A spacious, well appointed kitchen connects discretely with the dinning room, enhanced by the views to the garden ponds. The restrained elegance with characterizes Villa Arte, give it a refined ambiance which expresses the essence of art it self.
