Villa Black Pearl

This is a very smart holiday home, consisting of 4 buildings – the centre point of which is a very inviting swimming pool & mature garden.

You enter through a prominent antique door from the sealed road, walking over & passing a tranquil water feature to enter the Main building – which is the living + dining areas & the kitchen. The living & dining areas are both fan cooled & air-conditioned & large sliding doors are best left open by day to allow the breeze to waft through & best closed late in the afternoon.

The L-shaped seating arrangement in the living area’s focal point is a wall mounted flat screen TV & stereo. The adjacent dining area (seats 8) consists of a square glass dining table – with comfortable chairs! The kitchen, like the rest of the villa is modern, with clean lines, with loads cupboard & bench preparation space. There is a central breakfast bar, with six stools, large fridge & a 6 burner gas stove.

And, on the other three sides of the pool are the sleeping pavilions – 3 x double bedrooms with A/C & en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms are comparable with nice wooden floors, built -in wardrobes & modern bathrooms.

The en-suites on either side of the pool have showers & the master suite at the end of the pool opposite to the Main building has a separate bath-tub & shower.

The pool measures 10 meters x 5 meters, and at one end (nearest the Main building) there is a large sofa / day bed that is ideal for holiday enjoyment. There is also an out door shaded dining area (seats 8) on a woodern deck just off the kitchen…great for breakfast, lunch or al fresco dining !

The staff include 2 maids (one live in), a gardener / pool man & a night security guard.
