Villa Cepaka

Villa Cepaka is a luxury private and exclusive villa-resort only minutes away from some of the notorious surf breaks in Canggu. It is exactly 5 kilometers to the most trendy and happening place at Echo Beach and Old Man’s Beach. It takes 13 kilometer into Seminyak with all its famous restaurants & night clubs.

Villa Cepaka consists of a 10 luxurious bedrooms:

• 1 master suite with private pool and tropical garden
• 6 luxurious bedrooms with en-suite bathroom
• 1 romantic bale bedroom
• 1 bunk bedroom where maximum 20 children can sleep in 10 bunk beds. This bedroom can be converted into 2 bedrooms with a double bed

Master Bedroom with Private Pool
This very spacious and luxurious master bedroom is located in an exclusive private pavilion finished with teak wood and very high ceilings offering ultimate luxury. On the first floor you find a king-sized bed, a very spacious dressing area and an authentic wooden terrace overlooking our 360 degrees green surroundings and impressive river. There is also a work desk and a lounging seat.
The ground floor offers an open air rain shower in an enclosed beautiful tropical garden, a five star luxury indoor bathroom with build in stone bathtub, two wash tables. The outdoor area has a sofa, a 10-meter private swimming pool and a tropical garden with two sun beds and umbrella overlooking our green jungle and river views.

Bedroom 2
Bedroom number two is very well positioned with easy access to our central dining and living pavilion. It has a beautiful king-sized bed offering 180 degrees green open views through the large windows around the bedroom. The very high ceilings and wooden teak floors represent ultimate Balinese luxury. This bedroom has a work desk and a reading corner with original Balinese contemporary art on the walls. In between the bedroom and the bathroom there is a large dressing with wooden closets to choose your favorite outfit of the day. The en-suite bathroom has beautiful stone floorings and offers an outdoor shower, an indoor shower, a terrazzo build-in bathtub, two wash tables and a separate restroom. Great lighting and fresh flowers finish this bathroom.
Bedroom 2 also has a large private terrace overlooking our beautiful green scenery with sun bed and umbrella. From this terrace you can see our pool.

Bedroom 3
It has a king-sized bed offering green 180 degrees open views through the large windows. The very high ceilings and teak wooden floors represent ultimate Balinese luxury. A large dressing with wooden closets to choose your favorite outfit of the day. The luxury en-suite bathroom has beautiful stone floorings with outdoor shower, indoor shower, terrazzo build in bathtub, two wash tables and separate restroom. Great lighting and flowers finish this bathroom.

Bedroom 4
Bedroom 4 has an easy access to our 35 meter infinity pool. It has a beautiful king-sized bed offering 180 degrees green views through the large windows around this bedroom. Luxury en-suite bathroom has beautiful stone floorings with an outdoor shower, an indoor shower, a terrazzo build in bathtub, two wash tables and a separate restroom.

Bedroom 5
There is a king-sized bed with en-suite bathroom, offering 180 degrees green views through the large windows, white terrazzo floors, a work desk, a beautiful dressing and a reading corner.

Bedroom 6
It has a king-sized bed with en-suite bathroom. There is modern and atmospheric lighting around this bedroom. This bedroom has the best views of the villa the same as the downstairs bedroom (bedroom #7).

Bedroom 7
The wooden teak floors give an authentic character and this bedroom has the best views of the villa. The bathroom has a dressing, a shower, two wash tables and a separate toilet.

The romantic Bale Bedroom
This wooden pavilion houses this romantic and extremely charming bedroom. Surrounded by jungle, it is perfect for couples or younger people to enjoy Bali’s beauty. It has a Japanese style king-sized bed under a decorative mosquito net. Stairs lead to a bathroom with shower, one wash table and toilet.  The size of this bedroom is much smaller than our large luxurious bedrooms but has a unique and romantic atmosphere.

The Bunk Bedroom (Bedroom 9 and 10)
This bedroom is designed for children and is spread out over 2 floors. It has 10 bunk beds for 20 children: 5 bunk beds on each floor (= maximum 10 children per floor). Each floor has a dressing and a small bathroom with shower, wash table and toilet.
The bunk beds are made out of teak and of very high quality with very good mattress and linen. The villa can accommodate 20 adults and 20 children. We do not accept 20 adults in this bunk bedroom. This bunk bedroom can be converted into two standard bedrooms with a double bed.

Pool
The main pool is located in the center of the villa size 35m lap pool has a Jacuzzi and separate children’s area (pool net is available).
A big area along the pool with sun beds and umbrellas offers space for sunning and relaxing in the shade of the palm trees.
The second pool which is part of the master bedroom. A music sound system can be installed along the pool but not to play loud music after 10pm.

Garden
Villa Cepaka is designed and built with a luxury over 20.000m2 beautiful land overlooking paradise. It has a magnificent views and tropical gardens. It is very well maintained.

Dining Room
Located in the main pavilion, this sheltered and very spacious open-air pavilion offers stunning green infinity views. It is bordered with beautiful Balinese ponds and illuminated with modern design lamps. The antique teak dining table can easily have 16 – 20 adults eating in comfort.  We have an extension available for more people to eat together.

Living room
Situated next to the dining room, it has an enormous lounging sofa and fantastic Indonesian art. This is also a great spot for aperitif & overlooking the swimming pool.

Kitchen
The villa has a professional and fully equipped kitchen where our chefs prepare your food at any time of the day. The staff (27 in total) serves guests at any desired time. The chef will prepare the highest standards of Asian, Western, vegetarian meals.

Media room
There is a fantastic air-conditioned media room with 50 inches cinema surround TV, lounging sofas, books and games. The media room is also used as library and is located in a wooden air-conditioned bale pavilion along our main swimming pool.

Wedding & Events
We are also accommodating weddings and events.

• We can hold intimate, medium sized and large weddings or events.
• A function fee of 1 night is applicable for all weddings and events.
• Banjar fee of 5.000.000 IDR for every wedding or event. This allows loud music until midnight with DJ or live band. After midnight the party can continue with I-pod.

RATES
* Low season : US $1,980 per night
* High season: US $2,230 per night
* Peak season: US $2,480 per night
Minimum stay required : Low season (5 nights), High (7 nights), and Peak (14 nights).

Seasons:
* Peak season : Dec 15th to Jan 10th, August 1st to 31st.
* High season: July 1st to 31st , CNY & Easter Week, Sept 1st to 15th.
* Low season : The remaining dates of the year.
