This is a great little 2 bedroom villa / holiday home in the heart of Seminyak, conveniently located just 10 minutes walking distance from Seminyak beach. The “Eat Street” Jalan Laksmana / Oberoi area is only a few steps away from the villa, where you will find a plethora of restaurants, shops and cafés.

As you walk into the villa, stepping-stones lead you to the open-plan and airy living & dining areas (which are fan cooled), which faces directly to the ‘bean’ shaped swimming pool. A U-shaped sofa, and other one seater chairs face the wall mounted 42 inch flatscreen TV – with satellite television programmes, home theater, a stereo system & DVD player.
A beautiful teak 8-seater dining table is just opposite the fully equipped kitchen. And adjacent, there is a bar with 2 stools overlooking the pool.
The bedrooms are located upstairs & have en-suite bathrooms – both with showers & one with a bath-tub. Additionally, there is a powder room downstairs, which services the living & dining areas. And, the bedrooms have balconies facing to the south of the island.
