Villa Erst – Seminyak Bali – is a friendly family holiday villa in the heart of Seminyak, only minutes away from an array of restaurants, beaches (Legian & Seminyak beaches) and never ending shopping!

 

This two-storey 4 bedroom villa combines traditional and modern Balinese living, and sleeps 6 – 8 adults comfortably. The surrounding lush private tropical gardens ensure total privacy on your own terms.

 

There are two master bedrooms, one upstairs and another on the ground floor, with their own en-suite bathrooms. A common bathroom services the other two bedrooms upstairs. There is also a separate ‘powder room’ located downstairs for the living & dining areas.

 

And, there are two living areas : a covered one outside overlooking the pool area, and the other area located inside, with a flat screen TV, DVD and a surround sound system.

 

The tropical garden is very private with a large rectangular tiled pool, an outdoor living area and a gazebo, to relax and unwind after a busy day of shopping, surfing or whatever you were doing.

 

As not all guests may require the use of a 4 bedroom villa, 3 bedroom use is can also possible (whereupon the 4th bedroom would be locked).
