Villa Europa

This is a delightful 3 bedroom + 3 baths villa that consists of 3 buildings that wrap around an 8 meter x 4 meter pool. Two of the double bedrooms are opposite each other on the first floor & one bedroom is pool-side on the ground floor. All bedrooms are air-conditioned & have ensuite bathrooms, with showers & grey marble surfaces. The Master suite boasts a canopied double bed, with a generous sofa, wall mounted flat screen TV & a balcony with cane wicker chairs, table & a sun bed. And adjacent to the Master suite is a roof top sun garden for general relaxation.

There are two kitchens with granite surfaces – one is open plan & pool-side with dining for six & has a breakfast bar with 4 stools. The second kitchen, formal dining area (for 6 diners) & the living room are fully air-conditioned. The kitchens have two burner gas cook tops & fridges. There is a water dispenser, microwave, coffee maker etc. And the living area has an L-shaped sofa facing a wall mounted flat screen TV.

The entire villa with the exception of the second kitchen has quality full length glass & teak folding doors that are generally open by day & closed late afternoons to keep the insects away.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Kerobokan, Villa Europa is close to restaurants, bars, bakeries & supermarkets. There is a car port for guests rented car & motor bikes. A staff of 3 take car of daily housekeeping, the pool & garden.
