Villa Kaja is a spacious four bedroom private villa located in the centre of Seminyak, approx. 20 minutes driving time from Bali’s international and a 5 minute stroll to the beach. Strategically situated within walking distance to the supermarket, restaurants & shops. The villa is ideally suitable for families or smaller groups with various relaxation areas to enjoy. Villa Kaja is set on a 630 m2 of tropical garden and private swimming pool that completed with pool deck & 2 sun chairs. Very well built in Balinese style home that rich of antique wood carvings combined with modern furnitures. Consists of the 2 storey main building and a single storey guest house. Private inner garden and pool areas, which is an excellent deterrent for families with children.

The main house has a main fully equipped kitchen, spacious living & dining area with an upper level built-in sofa with cushions for group entertaining, which is located next to another living area with sofas. In the this area there is an air-conditioned bedroom with en-suite bathrooms.

Large master suite that is located upstairs with king size bed & there is a smaller bedroom adjacent that has queen size bed.

Detached guest house is a single storey 1 bedroom with private bathroom situated separated by a blue mosaic tiled pool & a pool deck & surrounded by well maintained tropical garden.
