This comfortable 2 bedroom villa is a very nice mix Balinese and modern styles, & is located within easy walking distance of “Seminyak Beach”, a plethora of shops & many fine restaurants. Feauring wo air-conditioned bedrooms – each with a private bathrooms. The villa has a large manicured garden with a swimming pool & is complimented with pool loungers.

– Both bedrooms feature beds with mosquito nets, two medium sized beds.

The open-plan living area is very relaxing & overlooks the pool, & has lovely older style furnishings. And, all the flooring throughout the villa is rich ‘terra cotta’ tiles. Additionally, there is a LCD TV and DVD player.

The dining area seats for 4+ people, & there is a guest bathroom / powder room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a big refrigerator, and a cozy breakfast bar with 4 bar stools!.

The villa has permanent staff, which include maids, who take care of the laundry, cleaning and prepare breakfasts, a gardener / poolman and (night) security guards.

“Villa Kayu Manis” is suitable for 2 couples and 2 children..as extra beds, cots can be provided F.O.C.
