Villa Latra consists of four separate buildings with 5 stylish bedrooms and all are interconnected yet still very much independent. With the finest facilities and a pampering service in a peaceful surrounding, the villa is absolutely ideal for comfort and privacy.

This spacious villa stands on 2100 m2 land and is surrounded by rice field terraces. It is approximately 700 m from the beach and a 20 minute drive to the best restaurants & shops Seminyak has to offer.

On arrival, a bridge across the fishpond leads to the fabulous living area down entrance steps. All of the buildings are air-conditioned yet the living area is fully open to the tropical gardens with large sliding doors.

The first master suite is on the left side overlooking rice paddies. Three other bedrooms are located on a separate wing and is connected by a corridor lined with soothing water features. A study room can be converted as an additional, generously sized bedroom 5th bedroom / Guest bedroom. An 18 meter long pool sits blissfully under the hot Bali sun with two water walls on one end.

Also, there is a library or entertainment room with a television, which has a selection of international channels, an iPod docking station and a DVD player.

The villa is fully staffed with 8 housekeepers and the staff quarters are located discretely at the back of the property with a separate staff entrance.
