Villa Maniz is perfectly located in a tranquil area of the famous Seminyak featuring 3 double bedrooms set on 600 m2 land area. The villa offers semi-open living area, private swimming pool, sunbathing area and tropical gardens. Each bedroom has an air conditioner, an en-suite open air bathroom with rain shower, daybed and wardrobe, fully equipped kitchen with separate dining and lounge area, private entrance, satellite TV on 32″ LCD TV, DVD and daily housekeeping service.

Villa Maniz is located in a small complex of villas, secluded behind fancy restaurant, bars, boutiques, and other villas and resort in Jalan Laksamana “Eat Street”, Seminyak. Within walking distance to the Kudeta / Petitenget beach.

Villa Maniz has a simple design with soft tone and natural color. It is a very restful Bali villa. The open style living and dining area is located immediately after the entrance. It is set along with the dining area meanwhile the kitchen is located on the left side. The first bedroom is stand alone on the right side of the living area, with semi outdoor style bathroom. A small Balinese style gazebo is set between the first bedroom and the next building where the other two bedrooms are set next to each other.

The private pool is located in the middle of the garden, a suitable place to unwind by the day. Within easy access to many interesting places in Seminyak.
