Built in Umalas on a 3,500m2 land, Villa Senja Anyar is made up of 3 main buildings with a living space of 500m2 rebuilt with old authentic Javanese teak wood in a colonial style.
This villa absolutely deserved the best recommendation we can give. Everything is right in this villa. The location, the view over the paddy fields, the 2000m2 well kept garden, the swimming pool that blends perfectly with the rice fields and the excellent taste for furniture and decoration of the owners.
This is a villa you will never forget and a place you will find hard to leave at the end of your holiday.

 

Central Building ( Joglo ) :

Living room, dining room, library (85m2), kitchen (38 m2), open terrace (52 m2) facing the rice fields.

 

Side Building (connecting to the central building):

4 bedrooms (2 rice field view, 2 garden view), all with A/C .

All bedrooms are between 27 and 32m2, they all have en-suite bathroom with bathtub/shower (11/18m2) and private terrace/balcony (11/20 m2)

 

All ground level bathrooms are with open air garden.

 

Separate bungalow :

Just a few meter from the central building, with bedroom (32 m2), dressing (8m2), bathroom (15m2) and huge terrace (43 m2) oriented both toward upper garden and lower garden facing the rice fields on the hill.

All differently and stylish designed. Opposite of this there is a large bungalow style master-bedroom with bathroom, living and veranda.
The kitchen in the main house is a perfect spot for lunches or breakfast.
