Villa Sunyi Oberoi is a single storey villa well designed in modern & minimalist style villa that is conveniently situated in a nice & quiet villas area of Petitenget. Approx. 25 mins driving time from Bali’s international airport & is within walking distance to the restaurants & shops & a 15 mins walking distance to the beach.

 

Set on approx. 400 m2 (4 ARE) of land size, Villa Sunyi consists of 2 bedroom all with self controlled air-conditioned, the master bedroom has own bathroom with hot/cold water rain shower. All bedrooms enjoys views of the garden & the pool. A comfortable living room is completed with sofas, a flat screen TV with international channels TV program.

 

The dining area is open-plan with 4 seater dining table that is situated adjacent to kitchen & breakfast bar. Additionally there is a bathroom with bathtub situated behind the kitchen that is also can be used as a powder room / guests toilet.

 

The pool is surrounded by beautiful green grass & well maintained garden. Nestled into a corner of this setting there is a Balinese styled pavilion providing a shady spot to curl up with a good book or just relax.

 

Villa Sunyi has one daily staff (maid) who also helping to prepare brakfast.
