This villa comprises a double storey brick , tiled roof residence with a Garden Gazebo, pool and open lawns in an exotic garden environment. A high quality interior / exterior fit out has been installed throughout.

 

The property provides a western outlook over open rice fields with spectacular sunset views from the large upstairs balcony living area. It is close to Pettitenget’s Oberoi Street eating precint and beaches.

 

The main building comprises an airconditioned downstairs kitchen and eating area, complete with cook top, range hood, cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, glassware and a microwave oven. The living area which completes this room is furnished with a large stylish day bed, and additional seating. The ground floor’s spacious air conditioned bedroom (with king or twin single beds) includes TV, DVD, en-suite bathroom and shower. An enclosed staircase, providing excellent security connects ground floor and first floor.

 

Upstairs the enclosed staircase opens on to a large open Balcony furnished with a generous, super comfortable day bed and lounge chairs. Perfect for sun sets drinks! The Upstairs airconditioned bedroom is furnished with a Bamboo queen sized 4 poster bed draped with glamourous mosquito netting, a bedroom sofa, dumb valet, luggage area, TV, DVD and ensuite bathroom which includes a full sized bath.

 

The outside Gazebo overlooks the pool and provides a formal dining area and a stylish relaxing area. The pool is surrounded by timber decking and accessorized with furnished bamboo sun beds. A ‘pool’ house bathroom and shower is situated beside the Gazebo. Beyond the pool manicured lawns stretch out and ‘appear’ to merge into the rice fields beyond.

 

Designer lighting and decorator items have been used through out the property.

 

A Wi Fi internet connection and telephone line is provided (both charged at cost to users). A fax machine can be made available on request.

 

Cooking, cleaning and shopping are supplied by a live-in couple. 24 hours security is provided 7 days a week.
