Villas Seseh, are five and six bedroom luxury homes, overlooking the Indian Ocean in the peaceful rural village of Seseh on Bali’s south-west coast.

The villas are packed with facilities to satisfy and entertain every holidaymaker. Indoors are large, air-conditioned, open-plan living spaces. PlayStation, Wii and Xbox (with a 60-inch smart TV to play them on), as well as a whole host of regular games and toys, will keep the kids amused.

Outdoors, the poolside sun loungers invite relaxation. Enjoy casual lunches and tropical evening meals in the open-sided dining pavilion, followed by a stroll down to the beach.. At night enjoy air-conditioned comfort, or slide back the French doors and let the sea breeze cool your bedroom as you fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves.

Perhaps one of the greatest joys of staying here is being able to wander through this delightful & picturesque village and meet the friendly locals as they go about their rural work and religious devotion, giving you an authentic glimpse into the daily lives of the people who make this island so warm and welcoming.

For those who wish to venture further afield, a car and driver is on standby, allowing you to explore the island or indulge in Seminyak’s trendy restaurants, bars and shops, just 14 kilometers away.

Our great team of staff have been professionally trained to provide you with nothing but the very best service. You will be looked after by a full-time manager, butlers, 24-hour security and a personal chef who will to cook anything you desire.

Weddings and events are a villa specialty, and with 11 bedrooms, sprawling gardens and two swimming pools provide the perfect setting for special events.

Capacity : 10 guests (5 bedrooms: 2 with king-size beds, 3 twins convertible to kings). 2 additional beds available for an extra charge.

Living areas : Air-conditioned living and dining room with table for 12, outdoor dining pavilion with table for 12, lounge pavilion, rooftop terrace.

Pool : 16.5 m x 5 m.

Staff : Shared between Villas Seseh I and II are a villa manager, private chef, villa attendants, security, gardener and maintenance team. Additional staff (babysitters, masseuses) available on request.

Dining: Western, Asian, vegetarian, healthy choice and children’s dishes available. Requests accommodated (including special diets and barbecues).

Communication : WiFi internet access, printer.

Entertainment : Satellite TVs in all rooms, DVD players, iPod docks in each room (Bluetooth or cable through Sonos system), Xbox, PlayStation, Wii.

For families : Villas Seseh are well equipped for families.  Facilities include a baby cot and high chair, PlayStation, Xbox and Wii.

Spa : In villa treatments selected from a comprehensive spa menu can be carried out by professional beauty therapists (extra cost applies).

Transport : A complimentary 7-seater car is available to guests for up to 8 hours a day (petrol extra).

Weddings and events Villas Seseh are perfectly located and set-up for weddings and special events. Parties of up to 70 people can be arranged at the villa with prior notice.

Additional facilities : Barbecue, diesel powered back-up generator, safety deposit box.
