A stylish private two bedroom villa that is just off the well known “Double Six” streetin Legian, and which is only a 20 minute drive from Bali’s international airport, yet within walking distance (a 5 minute walk) to restaurants, fashionable shops. Legian Beach, which offers an absolute Bali sunset panorama most of the year round is both a swimming and surfing beach where there are numerous beach front restaurants to be found, and is also only a 5 minute walk to Legian Beach.

The property is set  on 600 m2 of land with 400 m2 of well maintained gardens & there’s a private swimming pool (9 m x 4,5 m). Also there is a pool side gazebo with 2 lazy chairs & 2 deck chairs. And because of the design the pool area gets a lot of sun by day! The villa is clean and there are numerous antiques furnishings.

FEATURES:
Two (2) bedrooms (with queen size beds) with air-conditioning, mosquito nets and en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have access to the large open-plan living area that has an L-shaped sofa & a TV room complete with satellite TV & DVD, player, and the dining over looks the pool and garden. There is also a fully-equipped modern kitchen. A wardrobe / clothing cabinet in each bedroom. There is a studio room with air-conditioning and can be used as a day room (relaxation / reading spot).

The modern, yet welcoming flavour of this villa is spacious, that is suitable for a small family or 2 couples who want to stay in a central location, and in a tastefully decorated Bali villa.

The staff includes a maid for housekeeping and in-house laundry (but not dry cleaning) who works 6 days a week from 9am – 4pm, a part time day gardener & a pool man works from 9am -2pm.

And, there is parking for for many cars and motorcycles.

Low season : US $340 per night
High season: US $390 per night

Seasons
High season : July 15th to September 10th and December 15th to January 15th.
Low season  : The remaining dates of the year.
