Villa Tamani is a spacious 4 bedroom villa situated close to Canggu Club, and just a few minutes from the beach. The villa is nestled on 600m2 (6 Are) of land, and can accommodate up to 10 guests. It is very ideal for large families or group of friends who are looking for space, comfort and privacy with easy access to shops, bars and restaurants of the fashionable district of Seminyak.

Villa Tamani is comprised of 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with king-sized beds (180m x 200m), and en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have large glass sliding doors overviewing the fishpond or the pool. Each bedroom is equipped with an AC, Flat-Screen TV, DVD-Player, wardrobe for guests’ clothing and personal items, and a safety box.

In the living area, the guests can enjoy various entertainment provided by high quality audio system, and while in the dining area, guests can enjoy their meals overlooking a lovely fishpond and peaceful water features.

The tropical garden offers a large private pool (9m x 4m) with 4 sun beds, and in addition, a children play area or a space to relax in.

STAFF
– The villa manager meets and greets guests’ on arrival, and leads the staffing team to meet the expectations of each guest.
– 1 villa attendant is responsible for housekeeping duties, she prepares and does the breakfast for the guests. She works every day except Sunday’s and during the main Balinese ceremonies (Nyepi, Galungan and Kuningan).
– 1 gardener & 1 pool attendant work discretely in maintaining the landscape and the pool without disturbing the guests.

RATES
Yearly rental price : US $35,000

Dialy rates :
Low season : US $280 per night
High season : US $350 per night
Peak season : US $380 per night

The rates are subject to 10% tax and 5% service charge.

*** Security / Guarantee Deposit of US $300 cash upfront will be asked upon check-in. If, after completion of the inventory nothing is reported damaged, lost or broken, the Security / Guarantee Deposit will be returned to the guest upon checking out.
