Villa Gem is a single-storey villa which features 4 bedrooms with en-suite semi outdoor bathrooms. Comfortable and inviting, Villa Gem exemplifies Balinese-style and charm. Inside, you’ll find an impeccably decorated home offering plush comfort in abundance. Rich wood furnishings and artistic touches create an atmosphere of easy luxury.

The villa is situated down a quiet lane just off of Jalan Raya Seminyak. A short walk will bring you into the centre of Seminyak, a fashionable area with an abundance of boutique shopping options, as well as numerous restaurants, spas, and art galleries. The villa is also within walking distance to Legian, the area between Seminyak and Kuta, where you will find more shops, boutiques and famous restaurants. The villa is also conveniently close to Bintang Supermarket, located on Jalan Raya Seminyak, where you can get your groceries. The beach is only a 10 minute walk from the villa.

The main building, which consists of a modern kitchen, comfortable living & dining areas, overlook the swimming pool and beautiful landscape. Two bedrooms are located on either side of the main building and have twin single beds. The two other bedrooms are detached from the main building, as twin guest houses with queen sized beds.

Villa Gem is also great for large groups as the villa is part of a complex of villas. Neighbouring villas : Villa Ngimpi, Villa Mangga & Villa Jack.

Security deposit : Upon the guest arrival we will also require a security deposit of USD 300 to cover any damage or losses at the Villa during the stay. This may be paid in cash or credit card and will be refunded at check out.
